This week, I was so lucky to be able to photograph a beautiful couple I have known for a few years now. I first met Mandy & Cass when they were referred to me by a mutual friend, to photograph their upcoming commitment ceremony / wedding. This was before Australia got it's shit together and finally voted YES!! They were having an away wedding, and unfortunately at the time, things didn't work for me to go to their wedding to capture it. However, years later and a friendship built, I was so lucky to be able to attend their wedding last year as a guest, and watch 2 magical women finally be able to say I DO! LEGALLY! 

A year on, and this is their 1 yr wedding anniversary, and finally... I was able to capture their amazing love. 

These two give me hope. Hope for a better world, full of love and acceptance. Hope for true love. Hope for real, genuine connection. Every relationship has its challenges... but these two seem to just keep hitting goals... together! 

I am so happy to say Happy 1 year anniversary beautiful ladies. I wish you so many more to come and cannot wait to see as your love continues to grow xx
